We collect basic information you share when joining our community or participating in events, like your name, email address, TruckersMP username, or Discord handle. We only collect what's needed to run our VTC and make your experience better.

We don't collect sensitive information like your personal details beyond what's necessary for the VTC. We're truck drivers, not data miners!

If INDIAN GROUP changes leadership or structure, your data might be shared with the new team.

In the rare case we're legally required to share information.

We use tools like Discord, TruckersMP, and website hosting that help us run the community. These services may process some data under our direction.

We don't sell your information or share it with random third parties.  

👥 When Do We Share Your Information?

We keep your information while you're an active member of our VTC. It helps us manage convoys and keep you in the loop.

If you leave our VTC, we'll remove your personal information from our active systems. Simple as that!

🕒 How Long We Keep Your Information

We take basic steps to protect your information, like using secure connections and limiting who can access member data to trusted VTC admins.

While we do our best, no online system is 100% secure. We recommend using strong passwords and being mindful of the information you share online.

🔒 Keeping Your Information Safe

Our VTC is intended for truckers who are 18 and older, in line with TruckersMP's policies.

If we discover a member is under 18, we may need to limit their participation or require parental consent. Contact us at [email protected] if you have concerns.

You can ask us for a copy of your data, request corrections, or ask us to delete your information. It's your data, after all!

We only see what's publicly visible on your TruckersMP profile, plus any information you directly share with us. We don't have special access to your TruckersMP account.

Typically, we only need your TruckersMP username to add you to convoy events. Any additional information is completely optional.

We only use information you share in our Discord server to communicate with you and manage VTC activities. Discord has its own privacy policy that covers how they handle your data.  

We'll only contact you about VTC-related matters through the email or Discord information you've provided. We won't send marketing from other companies or share your contact info.
